Requesting Bill & EOB from a Covered Entity

Within the MRG Suite, Victim Witness representatives are able to request supporting claims documents from covered entities such as health systems/hospitals.

In this workflow, we can request bills from the health system's billing department using the Copy to New Report feature, and transmit it to the billing department for processing.
