Add Supplemental Documentation
Account Admin, Team Admin, Team Manager, Report Admin, Forensic Examiner, Healthcare Provider
1. Go to MRG Suite - Log in
2. Click on Sign in
3. Click on Browse Reports
4. Click on ellipsis to right of report to which you wish to add a supplemental document
5. Click on Add supplemental doc.
6. Select a document
7. Click on Save and continue
8. Click on Continue and create form
9. After entering all required fields for the form, click on Final Review
10. Click on I have reviewed the completed addendum and it is ready to be locked and saved.
11. Click on LOCK
